1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the digital products, content, and services offered under the name The Calm and Confident Sisterhood (the "Service"), provided by Sherrie Mechoso ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You confirm that you are of legal age to enter into a contract and that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
3. The product
The Service consists of a digital ebook and audio ebook, along with related guides, audio sessions, and supporting materials designed to support inner peace, confidence, and faith-filled rhythm for women.
4. License and intellectual property
All content (text, audio, images, branding, and software) is owned by Sherrie Mechoso and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, share, or publicly display the content;
- Reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative works;
- Circumvent any technical or access limitations.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: using it unlawfully, attempting fraud or spam, infringing intellectual property rights, transmitting malware, scraping, or probing security.
6. Accounts and credentials
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
7. Payment, billing, refunds, and cancellation
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. 8. Service availability and disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
